Responsibilities

  • Planning photoshoot ideas (props, layouts, etc.)
  • Content creation
  • Social Media scheduling
  • Monitoring comments, messages, engagements
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Research on trends, analytics, posting and daily maintenance of social platforms

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Earning a degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR, Communications or similar field
  • Proficiency navigating Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and Pinterest
  • Stays up-to-date on best social media practices
  • Strong writing & proof reading skills
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be organized, creative and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational & time management skills
  • Preferred but not required knowledge of marketing terms and definitions
  • Preferred but not required knowledge of analytics terms and definitions
  • Preferred but not required knowledge with scheduling tools
  • Preferred but not required familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud products

Commitment

  • Must be able to commit to work 15 hours/week
  • Must be able to meet in person twice a week
  • Must have your own laptop

Responsibilities

  • Managing company calendars and scheduling
  • Corresponding via email to coordinate events, meetings, strategy calls, etc.
  • Assist with monthly billing
  • Researching local events and ways to keep Libre involved in the community
  • Assist with social media content coordination
  • Assist in monitoring comments, messages, engagements on Libre Social channels
  • Assist with data entry
  • Assist with any other administrative task as requested
